Nestled in the very heart of St Andrews, this home sits on the historic grounds of a former Franciscan Friary, named after the distinctive grey cloaks once worn by the monks. Following the Scottish Reformation, the Friary gave way to peaceful crofts and gardens, and by the late Victorian and early Georgian eras, the beautiful homes you see today were created. Rich in character and architectural charm, each principal residence enjoys the rare luxury of its own garden just across the street — a unique and enchanting feature that adds to the magic of this remarkable location.
We have four bedrooms over two floors. Three bedrooms can be configured as either a twin room or a luxurious Superking. One bedroom is a King Bed.
